Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (the “Meeting”) of the Melbourn Community Hub Management Group (the “Hub”) will be held at 30 High Street, Melbourn, SG8 6DZ on Tuesday 21 July 2026 at 7.30pm.
Voting
You will be asked to consider and vote on the resolutions below, which will be proposed as ordinary resolutions.
- The proposed re-appointment of the following existing Directors who will be retiring by rotation, according to the Hub’s Articles:
- Jonathan Berks
- Jeannie Seers
- The proposed re-appointment of the following existing Directors who were appointed since the date of the last Meeting, according to the Hub’s Articles:

Regardless of attending in person, to enable all questions to be answered satisfactorily by the directors, please kindly submit your questions in writing to the Hub reception desk or send them by email to hubadmin@melbournhub.co.uk before 19 July 2026.
Note: A member entitled to attend and vote at this meeting is entitled to appoint one or more proxies to attend and vote on their behalf. A proxy need not be a member.
