Our Rooms
Our rooms are charged by the hour and we offer a reduced rate for community use. Bookings can be made between 9am-5pm Mon-Sat

Booking a room
Visit our online Room Hire booking system. There are three easy steps to go through the first time you book online with us.
- Enter your name, email, phone number and postal address to register as a customer and create a customer account.
- You will be sent a link automatically to ‘verify your email’. You can confirm you have done this when finalising your booking. Please note, you must complete this step to receive booking confirmation emails.
- Complete your room booking request, including any special requirements and food orders, and we will confirm this with you via email.

Booking Confirmation
Once you have requested a room and verified your email, you will get a ‘booking requested’ email. We will review this request and send a confirmation email – you must wait for this email to ensure your room is booked with us. If you cannot use the website for some reason, please email us hubadmin@melbournhub.co.uk and we can help you.

Catering
Melbourn Hub knows how important it is to access food quickly and conveniently when you are holding events or meetings so you can concentrate on the business in hand. Let the Hub take care of your catering needs and supply lunch for you and your team. A full menu is available to order from the café or you can order one of our freshly made buffets below to be served ‘in room’. Our food is freshly prepared.
We can also deliver buffet lunches to your business (within a set radius and subject to availability) or you can collect at a time to suit you and your business. Paper plates and napkins will be supplied. We usually require 72 hours’ notice for ‘off-site’ catering please. We can accommodate most dietary requirements and gluten-free bread and cakes can be provided upon request

Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan (PEEP)
If persons attending the session need support from Hub workers, due to impaired mobility, visual impairment or other reason(s), please request and return a PEEP (Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan) form in advance of the booking date. This will be completed on your arrival to ensure their needs and safety are protected during an evacuation.
