Customer survey 2025

In December we ran our annual customer survey. This is a really important way of gathering feedback from all our customers on how we are doing, what you like about the Hub and what we can do to improve. Thank you very much to all who filled it in!

We were delighted that 100% of respondents said they would recommend the Hub to others. And we saw improvement in some key areas of customer service compared to last year, which we were delighted about.

We also asked what you thought about our new ordering system (order at the till rather than order at the table) and 42% of people said they preferred it (compared to 22% of people who said they preferred the old system.)

Thank you for all the ideas you gave us for improvement, which we will are considering! We’ll shortly be launching a new menu and particularly valued your feedback on what you like about the menu and what else you’d like to see.
