If you haven’t been to The Hub before why don’t you visit us during opening hours and we will be happy to show you around and discuss your needs.

We often hold small ticketed music and cultural events that appeal to the wider community. Contact us directly to find out more and speak to the events coordinator.

Room Hire

Within the Hub there are four recently refurbished and modern rooms that can be hired for meetings of up to 35 people.  All catering is provided by the Hub cafe and subject to availability.  All catering must be discussed on request when booking.

We offer very competitive room hire rates and also reduced room rates for charities and not-for-profits, charities and community groups.

Booking a room

Visit our new online booking system.  There are three easy steps to go through the first time you book online with us.

  1. You will need to enter your name, email, phone number and postal address to register as a customer and create a customer account.
  2. Once you have filled in your details for your account and clicked ‘continue’ you will be sent a link automatically to ‘verify your email’. You can confirm you have done this when finalising your booking. Please note, you must complete this step to receive booking confirmation emails.
  3. You can complete your room booking request, including any special requirements and food orders, and we will confirm this with you via email.
**Please check your junk and spam folders as verification email may go in there**

 

Booking Confirmation

Once you have requested a room and verified your email, you will get a ‘booking requested’ email.  We will review this request and send a confirmation email – you must wait for this email to ensure your room is booked with us.  If you cannot use the website for some reason, please email us hubadmin@melbournhub.co.uk and we can help you.
