The Melbourn Community Hub Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place virtually using Zoom video conferencing on April 28th 2021. The meeting will commence at 7.30 pm.
If members of the public wish to attend they are welcome, but pre-registration is necessary.
If you wish to attend, please send your name and email address, along with any question you may wish to ask to email@example.com with ‘AGM’ in the subject line. We will contact you prior to the meeting with the link to join, along with joining instructions, no later than 24 hours before the meeting takes place.
If you do not wish to attend but do wish to ask a question at the AGM, please do this in advance in writing by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with ‘AGM question’ in the subject line.
Questions received will be reviewed at the meeting and you will receive an answer personally in writing if you request this and leave contact details with your message.
There will be no live public questions during the AGM process for practical reasons.
